We offer our products for online purchase to make them more accessible to you. We'd like to support you and your knitting and crocheting with an online version of our personal help that is available when you visit the store. Our Guarantee
We guarantee all of our merchandise against manufacturer's defects. Our products are first quality and any defective merchandise will be replaced, if possible, or your money will be refunded.
Returns and exchanges
You may return any items, with the exception of needles or books, from our regular stock for store credit or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All merchandise must be in its original condition, labels intact. Please include your receipt. Sorry, no returns of sale or discounted items.

Orders are shipped via USPS mail, unless other arrangements are made. We make every attempt to ship items in stock within 72 hours. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you.
